Oregon Team set for Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe round at Nürburgring with a revised line-up

One week after the GT Open round at Paul Ricard, Oregon Team heads to the Nürburgring for the fourth out of seven events of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe scheduled this coming weekend (27-28 July).

At the German track the Cremosano-based squad will have a revised line-up as Kevin Gilardoni makes his return in the one-make championship after three year of absence. The Swiss driver, who claimed the Pro title in 2021 for Oregon Team, will replace Davide Roda (who was injured in an incident in the free practice at Le Mans), joining Pietro Perolini.

To drive the second Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 fielded by the Jerry Canevisio and Giorgio Testa led team will be again Frenchmen Paul Levet and Hungary’s László Tóth, who secured a good fifth positition in the only race held at Le Mans after having claimed two top-10 finishes at the Imola opener.

The other pair will be formed by Italian Leonardo Caglioni and Frenchman Enzo Geraci, who sit third in the Pro standings after having claimed a third place-finish at Imola, 22 point behind the leaders Largim Ali and Oliver Söderström.

The two Friday’s free practice sessions will kick-off the weekend. Qualifying are scheduled on Saturday, followed by the first of two 50-minute races scheduled at 16:00 pm. Race two will start on Sunday at 11:35 am. Both races will be live streamed on Lamborghini Squadra Corse’ YouTube channel.
